Creators of League of Legends have revealed plans for the upcoming update – patch 13.19. The new patch is significant as it is related to this year’s World Championships.
Patch 13.19 will introduce both buffs and nerfs. The overall list of changes primarily includes buffs for most champions, while only three characters will be nerfed.
The creators emphasize that this update is specially prepared for the World Championships. Since the previous patch (13.15), several changes have already been made for champions frequently chosen in the professional scene, such as Akali, Orianna, Gnar, and Aatrox. In this patch, they will receive additional buffs.
However, not all champions will be weakened. Kai’Sa will not be nerfed as she has already been weakened by changes to the Statikk Shiv item. Although she was popular in professional play, many other champions have emerged in the current meta who perform equally well in the field.
Here is the list of champions who will receive buffs in patch 13.19: Galio, Gangplank, Jhin, Lee Sin, Lissandra, Nunu and Willump, Pyke, Syndra, Twitch, Ziggs.
On the other hand, the three characters that will be weakened are: Rek’Sai, Renekton, and Ziggs.
Additionally, this update will introduce systemic buffs for the Randuin’s Omen and Seeker’s Armguard items.
