Joining the esteemed ranks of Asobo Studio’s Mission Design team means becoming an integral part of a group led by Jonathan, a visionary Lead Game Designer, comprising 11 gifted individuals. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Gameplay and UI/UX teams to design an array of game modes, including mission systems, challenging competitions, and thrilling aerial activities like firefighting, search and rescue operations, and transporting cargo via helicopters.
As a Mission Designer, your responsibilities will encompass crafting enticing mission designs that seamlessly integrate with various game modes, implementing these missions using the available tools, and ensuring well-structured and comprehensive documentation for your teammates. Additionally, you will be entrusted with tasks such as daily tracking, iteration, debugging, and effective coordination with different departments to promptly address any production issues that may arise.
To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Designer, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills. A passion for collaborative teamwork and meticulous attention to detail are also indispensable qualities for success in this dynamic role.
